  Went for Electrolysis which was performed by the owner & it was a horrible experience. 2 out of 3 visits I was early on arrival but was not seen until 10/15mins after without an apology. On second visit I paid for 15mins and only received under 10mins. When I questioned the time being cut I did not receive a friendly welcome on my last visit. Also, during my last visit the treatment I received was extremely painful which later left multiple scabbing and slight bruising along my entire jaw line. Unlike other professional clinics, this place does not apply after care cooling lotions or Aloe gel as usually required unless you specifically ask for it! Instead of complaining I decided not to return. I've received electrolysis for many years previously and I do not feel that this establishment was professional or safe for such a specialist treatment.
